Achieving excellence through effective accounts receivable management delivers more cash flow for the club. The iFitness service includes key work flows to increase the collection rates through automated tools and Intrannuity's professional team of member service representatives. Intrannuity may serve as the club's front-line to answer member service questions regarding billing, contracts, and other issues. All issues are recorded in the iFitness software and are automatically updated at the club level for immediate access. Intrannuity offers two options for A/R management:
iRecovery - Integrated Dues Management and Collection
  • In-House data entry and customer service.
  • Monthly electronic member billing performed by Intrannuity.
  • Automated rebills of NSF returns.
  • Automated paper and email notices to customers that have returned items.
  • Online customer portal for member payments and issue resolution.
  • Intrannuity's business expertise.
  • Client service & support.

iRecovery Plus - Fully Outsourced Accounts Receivable Management
  • iRecovery - includes all the features above.
  • Complete data entry by Intrannuity staff.
  • Intrannuity focuses on collecting unpaid member fees from 1-90 days with human and automated interaction.
  • Outbound customer service calls and reminders.
  • Inbound call center, including a toll free member services department staffed 9am to 9pm Eastern.

iCollections - Collecting from Challenging Accounts
For those hard to collect members, Intrannuity offers a special collection service to increase the club's cash flow. The club decides which accounts to place into the iCollections service and Intrannuity would attempt collections for up to 90 days and remit 60% of any accounts collected placed into this service.
